what's the point of creating "brand new single track" if it is not open to the public?

Well if they dont find people to ride it, it would just be a money sink in terms of maintenance. It doesnt make sense at all.

Because then a lot of people will say why pay R900 to get stuck in bottlenecks behind 100's of others if I can do this for R30 any other day of the year....
