MTB shoe straps

Morning all,

 

I don't know if this is the correct forum for this question but here goes. I have a pair of MTB shoes which have a strap fastening into a  ratchet fastener. The strap goes through a metal "loop" and fastens back onto itself by means of velcro on the inside of the strap. Sounds complex but I think it's pretty standard. 

 

The velcro has worn and no longer attaches, with the result that the strap loosens, despite being clamped in the ratchet fastener at the end. 

 

Does anyone know any shop or business in cape Town that could replace the velcro patches? If anyone needs a photo to make it clearer, I can take one and post tonight.

Bought toe strap recently from Concept Cyclery in Pta to replace the straps on my Thule rack, dirt cheap.
