Tubeless sealant drying up

I've been running tubeless for a while with minor hick-ups, but in the last couple of months the same thing happened twice. My rear tire Completely dried out a while ago, after investigation I realized that the liquid (Tire Juice) was leaking passed the rim tape for some reason. I re-did the rim tape very carefully this time and it seemed to be fine. Yesterday evening (after a Spruit ride yesterday morning) I noticed that the rear tire have gone completely flat and again the sealant in the tire dried up completely. I could not find any punctures.

Some more Details:

1. Spez Fast Track 29x2.2 tire without any cuts, done just over 1000km

2. Prolite Rim (welded) which seems to have a bit of an uneven finish at the weld

3. Some no-name stans-like rim tape with regular valves

4. My Garage is hot in summer, but this does not seem to affect the sealant in 3 other tubeless wheels

Note that I do not have any problems with my front wheel using the same rim/tape/sealant but with a Spez 29x2.3 Ground Control tire. I have recently (3 weeks ago) opened it up to fix a blocked valve and the sealant is still perfect.

Any suggestions for what I can try to solve the problem?

I will be buying more Tyre Juice tomorrow (reason for using this instead of Stan's is that its a quarter of the price and seems to work well enough based on my experience with the front wheel).

Maybe that tyre wall is more porous than the other.

Latex sealants in some tyres seem to vanish into the ether when its very hot, sometimes even in a few weeks if its brutally hot, especially when stored in hot enclosed spaces. Its also just par for the course on some sealant types, maybe try slime type sealants which last for the life of the tyre or till its used up filling punctures, ps2 is apparently a good one to try.

Will have a chat to the guys at the LBS to see what they recommend.

I see that PS2 is for big/industrial vehicles. Is it something you can get from Midas (or other car spares places) or some other channel? This sealant is probably much cheaper compared to Stans.

Redid the tubeless with Tire-juice yesterday. Seems like its porous sidewalls. Having a look this morning I noticed some drops on the sidewalls.

BTW, easy way to check if the sealant in the tire is still OK is to spin it an listen, can hear the sealant in both my front and rear wheels. Trick with the rear wheel is to spin it in the opposite direction so that the freewheel does not make a noise.
