Red Zone Posted January 15, 2015 Share I have simply been avoiding riding my MTB at Tokai due to the prices, and have focused on trail running, swimming and road riding. But with 15 years of riding there and living so close by it is a real shame not to be riding. I will bite the bullet and fork out the cash for an activity permit. What really burns me is that all the cash goes into a SanParks hole somewhere, paying for a bloated system with poor service, when the real hero's of Tokai are the volunteers who keep the trails ridable.
