Guys that was awesome! Well done to all involved for such a nice event!

Where do we see results :)

Thanks...

They should be on ROAG's website next week. But don't worry you just beat me, 56th I think.

Big ups to Dave and Nidel and their team who cleared trail, organised and ran the Enduro event today. Lots of awesome bikes and the riders a lot more friendly than at your typical XC event. Congrats to all the winners.

No rain or hail here in Howick...although Pmb got wacked by some mutha size hail stones (more than a few busted windscreens out there!)

I will be out on the route doing some pics for the Enduro (and maybe Sunday too for DH but I am struggling with a flu bug so will see how I feel after tomorrow). Will prob be in a blue bib so remember to smile and wave ..except if you on the bike...then DON'T look at me...don't wave...unless you want a pic of you before the hospital visit ;)

Not sure yet where on the stages I will be but thinking Stage 2 - around Jewitts before you cross over to Gauntlet (or maybe Gauntlet itself) and Stage 3 somewhere towards the finish.

If you want a photo in particular of you and mates before the racing starts feel free to ask. Will be at reg for a while too.

Do you have a website or FB page where we can view the pics?

Nigel/Dave, correct me if I'm wrong, but there were more than double the entrants this year to the corresponding event last year? In fact this was the highest number of entrants for any Enduro event in KZN yet?!

Well done chaps, I'm mightily impressed! Keep up the good work!

Hi

We came from Cape Town for the week end to swim the Midmar mile and my son Matthew used the opportunity to ride in his second enduro ever.

We just dropped hm off for registration on Saturday and had to make our way back to Howick for the swim. We left him a "bit"/hugely under stocked, and the oke ran our of water while on the practice run.

He was having a bit of a hard time, but thanks to some riders who looked after him and gave him something to eat and drink. A specific thanks to the rider who gave him a chocolate milk and a Bar One, you saved his day. I went looking for you at the prize giving to thank you personally and buy you a few beers, but you must have left already. Thanks a mill.

Matt couldn't stop talking about how friendly all the riders were and how much he enjoyed the race.

Well done and thanks all. KZN enduro rocks!
