rudi-h Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 I had the same dilemma. Had to choose between an altitude and a trance and then I ended up with a sc 5010 and overshot my budget so badly that I'm still eating noodles... Who wants to eat steak anyway?

On final discussion with the better half and a slight misunderstanding in the year model of the bike I am now waiting on insurance again. The price on the Altitude I had was for a 2014 model not 2015. I will still go for the 2014, even though the 2015 looks so gooooood. The Reign just seems too far over to the slack side. I cycle in the tygerberg mountain bike trails mainly and there are not that many rough areas. I still need to get to the trails and that involves a fair amount of tar and pavements. So if all goes well I hope to get an Altitude soon. If the insurance will just do their thing.
