RocknRolla Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Ok, so creepy is probably the incorrect word. When it comes to posting personal things online, I am a bit paranoid.
SeaBee Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Strava has a "privacy bubble" you can set up around your home... I love stats and Strava gives me a lot of it, esp nice to compare myself to myself on segments. Nice and social and can keep tabs on buddies, I really like it. For those wondering... you stop to enjoy the view by using a finger from left, right or both hands applied to brake lever - amazingly similar to when not uploading to Strava. The fact that you upload a ride does not mean you can't stop, either for the view, a photo or two or a lekker strooipraat sessie over an energy bar/toebie. Yes, I have stopped many times in the middle of known segments to take photo's. No, every ride/run is not about bleeding through the ears. It's a tool, use it, don't use it. It doesn't dictate how I ride.
EmptyB Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Dude, my ex lady's brother told me he caught her checking out my strava profile on his phone this past December. He and I are still big choms(read beer consumers) A Strava stalker.....that's worth a beer!

RockCoach Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Yeah SeaBee, I don't even switch Strava off during a 45 minute Vida stop
Pieter1 Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 How do you add the pics to the run/ride that ypu took during the activity? I've seen it once on Robodog's activities.

Lynnie_the_Snail Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Love this app. Use it to track my training and if I'm doing better or worse. If I get a better time etc on a stretch, yay, if not, now worries. Always nice to sit and look back at the ride you just did…
