I really find that there is a terrible selection of quality jerseys available to South Africans.  When I wanted to get a few jerseys last year I could only find First Ascent, Cape Storm and at struggle Pearl Izumi & Adidas is available.  There was Castelli available but sadly I am a bigger guy and these jerseys don't fit me well.  Assos can be found but it is bloody expensive.  I think their bibs are awesome but I just don't wish to pay close to R2k for a jersey.  I am not such a big fan of Anatomic and those brands which to me are for corporares to create custom jerseys in my opinion.

I bought a few jerseys from the US where I got De Marchi, Gore and Hincappie.  I must say I love the De Marchi jerseys.  They are stylish and fit well.  Plus I got them on sale at between $40-$50 which is pretty reasonable.  Gore also make a very good jersey in lots of fits, styles and colours.  Hincappie is actually quite disappointing, they look and feel high end but don't fit well and use heavy zippers.

I actually need new jerseys now as I have shrunk but I can't find Capo, Sportful, De Marchi and Gore in SA.

Laat year I got myself a Craft kit - bibs and jersey for just over R1000 - also in a sale. The quality is decent. The fit is good and it looks great!

Sometimes you need to browse online and put your faith in the size charts...

Sorry I forgot Craft.  Very decent product and it quite available in SA but I have a few jerseys of theirs so was hoping for a change.

I know assist is expensive, but when I went lookin for a New Jersey, Solomon's had the Mille as race on special. Still cost and arm and a leg at 1200, but for a larger guy like me, it fits like a freaking glove. Super cool in the heat, and feels incredible.

Anatomic jerseys have a very strange fit for me, and while I can wear them, they're definitely not ideal.

Actually found those Scott jerseys in the stores pretty damn good. Regret giving mine to a mate, because it fit really well and was well made too, only issue was the lack of a full length zipper.

But jerseys aren't vital in my opinion, so ride whatever you can.

The finni range really does look quite nice tho, seen a few on the road and they look quite good!
