Where the DH line ends? Sorta go over a hump, hang left and then hit it?

That tabletop has claimed many a rider...

Yeah... Go over a hump or a pallet ramp/jump that was installed recently, either and then kinda just in front of you...

I have since hit it many more times at increasing speeds with no incident, but the first time after the fall, yoh, the nerves... Crazy how confidence can just be killed my one mistake..

The table top at the bottom of sneaky corners at Contermanskloof..

I had a bit of a mishap in November 2013, just after Cheeky Corners opened. It was the first time I came down it and the grass just before the tabletop was quite long. They did not want anyone to hit the tabletop (at the time) and there were some dry branches stacked across the path. The long grass hid them from me, until it was too late to change direction and go on the other path to the left. Hit the branches at 35-40km/h and my elbow came down hard, on a rock. It wasn't pretty. Needed 9 stitches and the wound took months to heal.

These days, I love hitting that tabletop fast, but I still don't make it all the way over...

Now take the Garmin data (you can export the GPX from strava as well), add the gopro clip into the Garmin Virb software and lets see the speed + Heartrate.

Got around to this.. Very cool software!! Gonna make more use of it in the future... Thanks

(Don't think the quality is as good as before)

Well its been two and bit weeks. I have been riding and the external wounds have healed. Shoulder and ribs still a bit sore especially when lying down. Can't do a push up without shoulder pain yet, but have full mobility. I feel quite lucky...
