I think he prefers the longer distances and a swim but will still be a good race. Brand won by so far last year so will be good to have some competition.

Brand won by so far last year so will be good to have some competition.I spoke to the caveman at Meerendal, as I said I'm considering adding a "DualX Double" 10km run 60km bike and 5km run. And his answer surprised me. He said he prefers the short sprinting distance!
