I am now working at a Restaurant 6 days a week, 14hours a day.

Mostly with people that dont care for the business.

When i am off i sleep or watch movies to relax.

3 months now NO riding, the bike watches me and i stare at Her everyday.

This weekend things are going Change.

I want celebrate 3 things, life, freedom and fun.

You have been very quiet Frail, welcome back on the Hub and on the bike. Ride safely.

Even with 3 months of training, 600 km in 24 hours will kill me if I'm lucky enough, most likely I'll just be scarred for life.

Whot route are you taking? I want to try brackefell to cw, but not sure which routes are safer options

600km in 24hrs will be near impossible for you. Chris van Zyl that does most of the Audax rides could only manage 600km in 28hr and he's plenty fast.

Brackenfell to CW safest route is via Wellington, Bainskloof and then you have the option of going via slanghoek or straight to CW via the recently redone road. now with a wide shoulder.

This was a funny read cause i thought you said 600km in 24 hours...

Frail have done some pretty impossible stuff in the past. If anyone on the Hub could do it, he's the one. For instance, in 2014 he rode his bike to every race he did and back home afterwards: Yes, He's a Capie and raced in Jhb, Durban twice, PE, Knysna, and a few more. He even rode his bike to Swellendam to do the Double Century. Tough like you won't believe.

In 24 hours:

600 km = 25 km/h average without stops.

600 km = 27 km/h average if you take a total of 2 hours rest.

600 km = 30 km/h if you take a total of 4 hours rest.

That will be tough, bloody tough, even more so to do it solo on a varied route. But possible.
