Looking for Hope Pro 2 Evo QR adapters

I have a whilst that I urgently need to fit to a bike with QR front and back, My whilst are 15mm front and 142/12 rear.

 

I'm looking for a standard set of old style QR adapters.

 

Hope someone got around still that they have after also changing their hubs to the new standards.

This is just to test a whilst on a bike, if it works then the owner will buy himself a wheelset, I'm just borrowing my wheelset for him atm.
