Hi.

Maybe one of the techies can give me a hint.

How can i stop the horrible squeeks coming from my front wheel.

It seems to be making the noise where the spokes cross each other.

There is an old trick, more for the back wheel, where you cut 10 to 12 cm long pieces of micro copper wire (found in a 15 amp electric cord) and wrap them around the join in a figure 8 type pattern, one piece of wire per join as tight as you can. Then you coat the wire with solder. It makes the wheel a lot stiffer, will also reduce movement of the spokes.

Could just be that the spokes are loose, causing the wheel to flex too much.  Perhaps you should take the wheel to a good wheel builder to check the spoke tensions.

This. Properly laced and tensioned wheels won't move at the spoke crossings.
