Ok so thanks for all the info!! Day just got made big time.

Have just been informed the bike ships with a Selle Italia SLR saddle... Frigin awesome!!

The right saddle at no extra cost! YES YES NBS!!

I suspect if your sit bones require a 143mm saddle, you might find the SLR too narrow. If you do, you now know what your plan B will be. Either way, Sella Italia make beautiful saddles. Italian style, leather, ti rails (get this option - worth it), made to ride!

Awesome thanks. Is that the S3?

Not sure what 'S3' is TBH.

All I can really say is that you choose between the narrow pro roadie SLR or the more classic "best saddle ever designed" (not my words) Flite. And then the 'Flow' option is the one with the cut-out section in the middle.

(Correction: I noticed an error from an earlier post: the Flite is actually 145mm wide, not 143mm. The SLR is 131mm wide. Narrow!)

So you have the all-solid Flite and the the Flite 'Flow' is the option that has the cut-out down the middle. Same with the SLR: you have the normal SLR and then the SLR 'Flow' with the cut-out.

The last choice to make is whether you go for the 'team edition'.

Bringing it all together, here's the Team Edition Flight Flow with ti rails  :

sorry for jacking this Patch.

CRC have the SI Flite Flow Ti, landed price is about R1560 with DHL express. Is this a good deal or can I get it locally at a similar price ?

Sounds about right, Vivek. Go for it. It will last you a few years so a very worthwhile purchase. Your 3 key touch points (feet, hand, backside) are not the areas of the bike where you skimp.
