Ctrl+F5 will clear your cache and should clear the problem.  I agree with  Bob, go the Firefox route.

Proxy servers cache sites as well, so clearing the browser cache might not help.  The only way to prevent this would be for CWCyles to use a meta tag in their pages top expire the page like this: 

<meta http-equiv="Expires" content="30APRIL2008"> The date of course would be dynamically generated.
