After receiving the band i realized you didn't take into account when measuring your bands that a part of the band folds back with the valcro so it didn't fit me at all. I contacted you explaining the error in your ways and you happily send me another one, awesome, only to found you send me the exact same size again, obviously not understanding what the issue was...mine has been laying in the garage for more than a year now never been used.
