Converting a Hope Evo Pro 2 hub

I've got a hope Evo pro 2 hub, currently running it as a QR on a Cannondale Flash.

 

Now I want to buy a scalpel frame and build all my components over. The scalpel is 142x12 TA. Can I buy a conversion kit or am I forced to buy another hub?

I've converted mine (front and rear) from QR to TA. Just end caps.

I forgot to add that im Running XX1 with the freebody (XD) i think.

Nope... ask your LBS to call Int Trade and order some caps!
