Here is mine and went for her first ride yesterday. Not a single ghost shift or bottom out. Very smooth and I love it. Except for the headset cups, it's the first bike I've build myself. There is still alot that needs to be replaced. All the parts, except FD, is from my Raleigh.

It does not have hydraulic hose guides on the top tube so you have to use these.

Mampara, awesome bike! Where do you get those little dingeses for the cables. I am trying to run enclosed cables the whole way through to keep rubbish out. Will post a pic of my asr soon.

Hey Parra, would also like to know! Would like to run a fully enclosed cable to the RD on my Epic!

These are Alligator ones but are a pain to work with. Had to crimp it a bit because the opening was too big. Got them from Westdene with a bit of luck. They did not know they had them.

 

RAV-X makes a nice one that is adjustable. Pity it is silver.
