The blood boils and the mind boggles but unfortunately not in the least bit surprised. Cherise is better than being reduced to support staff. She, An-Li, Heidi and Ash work their behinds off to be able to race in these events only to get no support from CSA. Wish to high heaven we had a trade team specifically for the ladies. Sure can't be relying on Team Di Data for that. They must have their hands full trying to sort out our men's team.

Yip very possible. Dutchies seem to have a plan in mind as well with Blaak possibly trying to set up V/d Breggen.

Big breakout attempt by a few riders to get away with 2 laps to go. Ashleigh missed the split, but they brought it back. But the race is starting to split. Lots of stressed and tired riders out there. Lots of nerves now. They can sense it: the final selection must surely happen very soon....

With Australia controlling the peloton and 2 of their riders in the move, this could very much be the winning move.. it will be down to the British to close the gap as they don't have anyone in the leading group
