Does anybody perhaps got the new Discovery Vitality bib's? If so how, are they comfortable?

F-Tech.....its quality

How come no1 mentioned Giordana? Their top of the range is comming closer and closer to assos

I bought a pair of silverline men's bibs 4 years ago. Chamois and lycra eventually started going but still use it on the indoor trainer and even with holes in the chamois, they are more comfortable than most other bib-shorts I've tried.

I must say that ladies bib-shorts have been a disaster for me with the chamois of both the ladies giordana and vermarc's delaminating (Vermarcs after about 2 months).

Bibs are very much a personal thing. I absolutely cannot bare the thought of wearing F-Fech shorts. Absolute worst padding and comfort. Even the cheapest, nastiest bibs are more comfortable than F-Tech to me...

Dear baaisikilist,

Probably not the right place to debate this (sorry for the hijack)...but this sounds wrong. Ofcourse bibs are personal and everyone has a preference but this is by far the worst feedback ever ???? - Ftech's philosophy is to only use the best, padding, lycra and other materials money can buy...all made in Italy by extremely experienced people. The Elastic Technology padding used is the same that Assos uses, etc. please can I ask you to send your Ftech bib to us to have a look (or let us know which model it was) - we would love nothing more than to at least try and convince you otherwise ????? Please mail Lizle@asgworld.co.za if you want us to have a look.

In my opinion, here are the standings :

Class 1 : Assos

Class 1b : Castelli, Goirdana, Pearl Izumi, Rapha

Class 2 : None

Class 2b : Craft

Class 3 : Ftec, Panda, Fox

Class 3b : Anatomic

Class 4 : outdoor shops making bibs

Would love to show you some class 1a and b bibs when it comes to high quality materials, I also don't think its right to say Assos and Ftec in the same sentence, ever... I guess the f-tec bibs are ok, but if you wear class 1a and b bibs, you can never wear those again... But ja, thats just me!

I had the same opinion but the new F-Techs with the grippers on the inside of the leg to prevent it riding up are fantastic!

Hi Rapunzel,

I am disappointed to hear your Vermarc bibs did not meet your expectation. If possible could you tell me where and when you bought our product. I would like to follow up and see if we can do something about picking up the pair of bibs and inspecting the problem.

If you would like to make contact please call on 0768504716 and speak to Jonathan.
