RodgerW Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 Diwali fireworks does not only affect dogs and cats.Last night all the "Big Bangs" caused the Wildebeest at Modderfontein to stampede, during the Over The Moon night ride. One rider was knocked clean off his bike. Luckily there was a paramedic 5 metres behind the injured rider. After a 10minute analysis, the rider was back on his bike.Rodger Winter

Onegear Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 No matter if its Diwali or a festival from any religion, I think its another example whereby humans are so bloody selfish. It Traumatizes the hell out of my poor animals.
Veebee Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 I'm Hindu and celebrate Diwali, but being an animal lover, I have to agree that these bangs need to be banned. It's the festival of colour, not noise... Durban was just crazy yesterday, something needs to be done about this,
