7 Days..........

 

Hopefully it will change but that strong southeaster they are predicting fro next Saturday has me worried!

 

Doing the last 3rd of the race into a strong headwind is not going to be fun! But I guess strong headwinds comes standard when cycling at the South Cape Coast..

Saw that. Decided to start to worry on Wednesday if the prediction did not change....

conditions are unimportant... they will hurt everyone, favour everyone and/or challenge everyone.

 

I am looking forward to it.

 

I dont know, conditions makes a difference to me..

 

The fact that everyone else is also suffering makes no difference to my suffering  :whistling:

So much truth... I can only handle so much suffering and then I start to cry.

I like it when it gets properly adverse.

 

The hotter/wetter/windier the better. It not only tests your training and your preparation but also your mettle... it is a fantastic leveler
