Also, the Witzenberg Valley is a short drive away (or a long trek up the old wagon trail) and has some amazing trails. Maybe the local tourism guys can put you in touch with somebody who knows the best ones

Jbr Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 Trying to get more info about Tulbagh in 2019, can't find much since 2015 on this forum ? Anyone can tell me if it's worth bringing the enduro bike or should I rather take the XC bike ?
Jbr Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 I have found videos from rideratereviews from Eselfontein + the Wagon Trail on Witzenberg Mountain that seem interesting... might still take the XC bike coz it's still a 60+ km ride (for Eselfontein black route) I'll skip the ezel enduro trails for now, they look super hectic
