Cal Naughton Jr. Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 I recently bough a Swift Neurogen TT bike, kitted with their SRAM Red mechanical option. I received the bike less than 2 days after I made the payment. The care they take to pack and wrap the bike and extras is much more than the norm. Just shows that customers really are a priority. As for the bike, it is by far the best TT handling and most comfortable TT bike I've ridden (despite having an aggressive set up). Needless to say it feels super fast as well - just need the Watts to accompany it now. And all the finishing touches on the bike proves they go the extra mile - from their choice of the crankset to matching cable housing. Their bikes are really top class and so is their customer service. Probably one of the best investments you can make in a bike brand. Thanks Charles Keey and Co!
