Are they claiming that doing this race will help your seeding for the other races in 2017? Is this then a valid claim by this race, seeing as they don't use one of the big timing companies?

The timing company we have aligned ourselves with is using a primary and a fall back timing system. Also, there will be video verification at the finish. (Probably at the turn around too) Added to this, we have to to use and pay CSA officials (part of the requirements of listing the event) for each aspect of the event; specifically the timing. However, my question relates to the claim that this race is the "Ultimate Qualifier" for other road races in 2017. Normally the other road races on the calendar base their seedings on races that use the bigger timing companies, ie. Racetec etc. and it is sometimes difficult to get a reseed with a race that is not already on their systems. Thus my question is whether this race can rightly claim that it is the "Ultimate Qualifier" PS. One of the things that gets me worked up is false advertising on flyers etc., thus the reason for trying to get clarification on this from someone 'in the know', like Geraldm24

As i read the map, i assume we will be going out on the Marble Hall road until 32 km, turn around and then do the Eersbewoond loop over the mountain back to Nylstroom?
