raptor-22 Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I think it will. Im told it will have ant+ and Bluetooth link capability. The company behind it builds voice cognition elements into their helmet sights allowing the pilot to pull up menus with a voice command. It would be cool if they make a microphone add on available that allows you too use the voice prompt to control your phone. Another company demo'd at Farnborough a few years back blink recognition for the pilot to control flight mode in the gripen or other gen 4, gen 4.5 and gen 5 combat aircraft. The tech is out there and it's not as expensive as you'd think. I know of one component manufacturer developing similar tech to integrate with their own groupsets....
Cava Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Video of someone beta testing this in Cape Town, from their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/everysight/videos/1784188138496558/

NOT... but the tech is all available.
scubes Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 This is so cool and should develop amazingly. Elbit are the world leaders in proven battle tested HUD systems right up there with the Russians and far ahead of the Americans and Europeans in this area. Has lots of potential and applications.......
