Looks like it's built for a midget!!!

 

The question is: will it make it through the Epic in one piece?

It fairly simple to built a light weight bike if you have the truckloads of cash, the trick is making it robust enough to get you over the line.

We sold a Merida Target 8 last week, swopped the Carbon rigid fork for a Manitau R7 Elite, and bike still came in under 9kg, including pedals & a bottle cage.Thumbs%20Up

P.S. The carbon rigid fork went onto my Merida FLX team for Sunday's Franschhoek Valley Grand Prix, and I was very VERY impressed how well the rigid fork handled the down hill, (even with my 85kg's Confused)
