Seeking Development Cycling group to give free giveaway.

This is a long shot!

Are there or does anyone know of a development cycling group or club in the (Northern) Eastern Cape?

I have stockpiles of old cycle mags that I cannot bring myself to just throw away, some old cycling apparel but still very usable to give away, one or two helmets etc.

 

Would anyone know, maybe? 

 

(There use to be one in the town Molteno, but no longer exist)

My parents are working with a school in Cullinan, but that is a bit far to ship the goodies.  Going to start helping out at the school as well when I can get back on the bike.  (one week to go before I can get on the bike again)
