Understand one bike weigh in at about 48 kg. I don't want to be the one trapping that thing when the battery goes flat. Hopefully they will give every cop a portable solar panel/  charger thingy  :whistling:

O ja, auntie Helen and sis Patricia

As a ratepayer I request a test ride on one of these thingamajigs...

The key to these are correct maintenance, regular service at proper shops and proper battery care re: charging and use. Otherwise its a replace all moving parts every 4 months exercise.

I know the golf clubs have fits when the staff do not maintain the batteries in the carts correctly, you go through a battery set a year instead of one set every three years!! (Which is a large portion of the value of the cart, especially if Lithium based.)

How long do you think it will be before one of the baddies gryp a Greyp bicycle from the law? ;)

Oh, they won't because they can't use it because it is fingerprint activated? Ever wondered how long it will take a skelm Capie with a sharp knife to do a thumb amputation? ;)

No, relax, I'm just kidding. I think it is a good idea. This way we can have all the fat cops on the mountain. ;) Just more kidding! I cannot help myself today! :D
