Ok nevermind, pressed enter by accident, not gonna type a long story.

 

I essence, i want to share these exercises with everyone. Been doing them daily and seen great improvements in office chair and in the mountain. Only takes a few mins/day!

Those are pretty much Yoga exercises. They are very good for core. Peter Sagan swears by core training. I used to go to yoga classes at gym once a week with my wife but now we have a baby that prevents any gym time.
