Heel Drop Posted May 9, 2016 Posted May 9, 2016 How much better would a ceramic BB be compared to a normal one ? From the internet it seems to be VERY GOOD but any one here using them? Comments?
Zatek Posted May 9, 2016 Posted May 9, 2016 I have ceramics on my wheels. This is my first upgrade I do with my wheels. Still need to do the BB. Bought a new bike and sitting with a new pair pressfit shimano bearings I can't use.
