I really hope there is some cloud cover or even a few drops  for you guys next week Friday.

I did a Kupferberg this Saturday at 14h00 and my Garmin said 41 Degrees..

I roasted!!

(PS. I'll be in a nice aircon backup vehicle)

As I said somewhere else - I think we are going to have a "proper" Dash this year: heat, wind, corrugations and very tired bodies...

Both the Swedes and Accuweather seems to think we will have some cloud cover and temps in the low 30's.

I'll believe it when I see it!

I have in the past also checked the yr.no . . . . . things looked good, heck one year I even bought mudguards the day before the Dash as it was raining heavily.

Come D-Day . . . .  hot as hell with strong head wind.

Of all the Dashes only one year was wet . . . think it was 2007

I'm also running through some packing lists now.

My support crew is under strick instructions: if I want to give up at CP 3/4/5 they may sit with me for an hour, thereafter that they must give me whatever I may need and leave for the next CP.

Bud, I am so poon nervous about this. I just worry that I miss something obvious.

With these events its not a "legs thing" its a preparation and kop thing.

Asking these questions, just helps put my mind at ease.

Another question: How do you guys keep your GPS going for 24 hours.
