Crankbrothers Egg Beater Plastic Dust Cover Replacement

Hi

 

I want to remove my dust covers on the eggbeater, and it is so tight , the plastic is damaging. So when I eventually get it out, it will be broken.

 

anyone know where I can get replacement caps without having to fork out R400 for a service kit? below is a pic of the plastic one, I know the service kit comes with metal ones which would be better.
