I follow Tinkoff and they do a Live broadcast every day before the stage starts , I always love watching how much time the guys spend greeting the fans and especially kids before they head off to sign in. I know that often causes Sagan to be late for sign in an so on ha ha ha. But I see Bertie also signs as many caps and papers at what he can.. shame now he even got his bike after signing and then still first stopped again to sign some more and take pics with the kids.. and all that while being ushered on by a staff member. The biggest issue was to stop people from touching the shoulder he fell on.. cycling is probably the only sport where people get to get so close to the athletes while they race and before and after.
