A Pinn'r and Khyber has always been on my wanted list as well. Good to hear there is some more Mongoose lovers out there... Mongoose bug bit me in my bmx'ing days, and not sure if I will move to another brand anytime soon

I raced/rode a Mongoose Motomag in my youth [emoji106] and parked next to my Teocali Elite is an ECD... ;)

Wowzers, that's quick.

But yeah, shows you what dealing with a proper outfit does. Lead time? What's that!!

This was by far the fastest I have received anything from overseas.

yeah, my Saint pedals arrived in 4 days. 2 days is a new record...

Well I found my preferred online store, and the fact that they trade in euros, rather than pounds makes it even more attractive. The courier with crc alone would  have been 80 pounds, nearly died when I saw that

WHAAAAT!? How the hell would it have been GBP80? That's ridiculous. Normally around GBP13.50 or so.

No Clue, tyres would have been about GBP60, DHL delivery GBP80...nearly decided to put the Intense tyres back on and HTFU, then your helpful pointer pointer came through.

Is the new steerer long enough? Also wont dropping the travel without cutting the spring make the fork harder?

The Steerer is long enough if I leave out the 20mm spacer. Raising my travel by 20mm, so hopefully it will cancel the 20mm spacer under my stem. Else I might just buy a higher riser handlebar.

My old crown's steerer tube is  mere 4mm longer, so no use getting Droo to swop them. I have 2 dead SR Suntour fork at home, not sure If their steere tubes will fit the Marz? Both will be long enough. Will check with Droo tomorrow when I pick up my new seal kit (will keep this set away from my brak this time).

David sent my spare spring and dust wipers yesterday. So will cut the one spring to reduce the preload on my travel reduction, and keep the other as spare for one day if I find a frame that can handle the full 180mm

Did the springs for that fork come in different rates? Think he has more?

Or is it just the yellow one?

They came in different rates yes. David said he has red, yellow and green springs

Awesome! Will have to find out which I have. It feels pretty plush though. I can blow through half the travel just by pushing down while braking the front wheel. That and the fact that the fork came off an old small framed scott voltage fr10. I'm assuming (hoping) i got a soft spring for my weight. If not, at least I know there's stock.
