fandacious Posted May 9, 2008 Share Christianity is not about protecting cilly saying and jumping on everybodies backs. Jesus also made comparissons like being the lion of Juda' date=' lions eat people and it doesn't mean that he eats people. It's Silly! [/quote'] Damn.... i was just thinking this is the one religion i could get to like. "Go forth and eat people" and then 2 seconds later you burst my bubble. I was already coming up with creative ways to cook them and everything!
Pantani Posted May 9, 2008 Share Just because you report it doesn't mean Admin MUST remove it. Sounds like your beef should be with the moderators' date=' not the complainants....[/quote'] Hey... I have no issues with moderators... They have a job to do... Butif I have offended someone then tell me so that I can make right...Send me a PM saying "You have been reported for posting contentoffensive to members of a certain religious persuasion..." Or whatever the message needs to be. But this incident actually reminds me of Black on Black racism, whenIrvin Khoza accused a Black reporter of "thinking like a K*****" in anews conference. As a Christian, have I offended the sensibilities ofother Christians?

TheLegend Posted May 9, 2008 Share (Excuse the spelling) unless you put job offers up spelling mistakes are usually excused (exceptions are if you have a discussion with some without any further good arguments, so he will pick on your mistake, or if it is very funny)

Jotrack Posted May 9, 2008 Share I did not want to step on anyone's toes, so this is what the word chritian means - follower of christ in Acts 11:26: "the disciples were called Christians The term was first used to denote those known or perceived to be disciples of Jesus Christ. In the two other New Testament uses of the word (Acts 26:28 and 1 Peter 4:16), it refers to the public identity of those who follow Jesus. wessel Posted May 9, 2008 Share If my sounded negative I ask forgiveness for the lack of 'English Knowledge'. I actually meant it possitive. I am for each one having their own oppinion and making their own assumptions. What is live without the freedom to enjoy it!

The Saint Posted May 9, 2008 Share If the statement was so offensive then I believe as a Christian the thing to do would have been to publicly make your objections known... Well you are lucky we are not in the 15 hundreds because then the Christian thing to do was to cut off your head
