Seems like he doesnt even have 1000 bucks, never mind the coveted 1000 post count.

They evoked a hearty laugh - followed by menacing glares at audit clerks who might have assumed i'm goofing off.

As did your feather comment (penguin feathers are funny), which I read on my phone during a FINCO presentation.... members thought I was laughing at their sales projections. Whoopsie.

Thanks for your legal perspective on this matter.....I really needed to hear that.....I have invited him to join the thread......Let's hope he accepts my invitation...

Let's hear his side of the story and then let the BUB jury decide.

I suspect, though, that he has two chances, the best one being nada.

Even if these were bought at a shop, after the current time span they would not consider a cash refund. Even a voucher return would be hard to swing. Buying in dark is on you, Not going inside and checking or the next morning or the next week.  6 months later eat your school fees no matter what OP sold you

This thread makes me think of the "Special One"

Didn't he also sold used tyres or something..

Does the Hub have a black list (am I allowed to say this? ) with the links to dodgy sellers / buyers (not sure whether the rating system weeds out these unsavoury characters) - Nick Crichton, Sven Lauer, that Saal (??) oke etc

Damn, I had a bad experience like that. She wrote her Cell no on my Arm with a black permanent Marker...

You can't honestly tell me this guy bought new wheels, even if he intended using them in a build 6 months later, and didn't spend at least 3 hours staring at them in different light to appreciate the beauty of his new purchase? come on, surely not. . .
