Anyone know where I can buy cable Knarbs?

I need one of these and can't think of anywhere that might have.

Is basically just a little cable clamp that mimics the head of the cable.

There are a bunch of online stores that have but then I'll have to wait forever or pay like R400 for DHL to ship something the size of A quick link.

 

Any help appreciated ,Also make suggestions if you can think of something I can use as A substitute.
