Agreed, the points sheets and everything was easier to understand in previous years.  I cannot imagine how elderly people must struggle this year.   This is a REAL horse butt system now...

Seeing that I must by looking into my own eyelids, can someone please explain to me what qualifies as a safe day?

Gen, perhaps you can ask them this.....    Myself and my wife both bank at Absa.  Although we have our own accounts, we only have one internet banking login and I have full authority on her account. Our accounts are linked on that one profile.   Now the Multiply money does not accept the same login details on her app as it obviously states that the login has already been used?

I activated it yesterday and earned a safe day quite easily.

The app basically detects when you drive and how you drive. It gives a % out of 100 on how you accelerate, decelerate, keeping within speed limits, time of day that you drive and a couple of other things. If you get a combined percentage of 60% or higher for the days driving, you get a safe day.

Edit: I have a Samsung S8+ and my battery usage is high with this app. It uses 1% battery per hour at the moment. That's 24% per day

It is very high..I have the same phone..and now only put location setting on when I drive...(fortunately I don't drive a lot or for long periods of time)

PS they are aware of the battery draining issue and are trying to sort it out.

Well then I really don't understand, cause I activated it a week ago and only have one safe day thus far.   As far as I can see it was the day I did not drive at all.   I was still on leave however and the days that I did drive, was less than 2 km per day only to the PnP and back  for example!

I think there may be a min time spent travelling/distance to get a calculation..I have already put this on my tantrum list as I also noticed a few short drives not picking up.

Gen - We were on Private Club in 2017. I see we are still on Private Club (bonus!) for 2018. I am busy doing all the questionnaires, etc. to get the points that I can upfront. However, does this mean we are on Private Club till the end of the year and then reassessed again for 2019 based on the points earned in 2018?

Another question is: - My safe days is only picking up some trips I make in a day. This morning's journey was not picked up at all. My location setting on my phone is on and I had it with me. Why would that be?

You start the next year on the level you finished the previous year yes.   Then you have to qualify again for that level during this year!

Yes you have the whole year to get enough points to stay on PVT for next year.

Does it not show your journey at all?

Edit...my moring journey is also not showing [emoji20].

Argh..it's not my phone as my outsurance one did sync this morning.

I don't know what the hell they did to it..but it was working just fine all December.

I activated safe dayz last year. Worked fine initially then came to a grinding halt.

Haven't had a safe day since mid December even on days I did no driving at all.

I've tried everything they suggested so I've left it activated but given up trying to get answers out of them!!

Thanks for your input Gen... you've got more tolerance than me!!

I have some feedback..feedback is..they don't have all the answers and my tantrum list has now made it to management..so I await further feedback [emoji23]

Safe dayz is an issue they are working on it and as I understand safe dayz will be awarded (back dated so to speak) once the system is sorted ..there seems to be a problem with the data link between them and tracker who is their service provider.

The automatic points allocation is in process some people have received theirs other not yet.

Regarding the enquiry about the 2 bank accounts linked to 1 online bank profile.. unfortunately the 2nd person will have to get their own only banking profile with the bank to use the money app.

Here is the list of pharmacies where you will be able to use your mulitoly visa card.

As well as the points guide.

If there are other questions send them as people from head office will be here on the 31st.

Excuse the ignorance...   Is this the only pharmacies where you will be able to use this new wonderful visa card of them to use your savings?

Asking because the two on that list in Bloem is MILES from me and for our family in Kimberley, Kimberley does not even have a pharmacy on there, but Kuruman, Kakamas and Vryburg in the Northern Cape does?  :cursing:
