Fred_MTB Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 Does anyone know how difficult it is to repair spring for rockshox recon silver remote lockout as it does not pop back into unlock position and you have to manually turn dial back when pushing Pollock button , should still be under warrantee but fed up with taking it back to get it fixed after I use it . Hoping to be able to fix at home when doing basic checks etc after riding . Maybe if anyone knows if it is possible to change remote lockout to manual system at the fork to get rid of constant issue . droo Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 The compression damper needs a slight modification - the tolerance between the spindle and bushing in the topcap is too tight. 1 x 2mm hex, 1 x 24mm socket, 1 x lathe and about 15 minutes.
