Bianchi 928L Posted October 6, 2006 Share I know the guy personally that builds them,His Name is Tony,he is also the boss at Ducati Edenvale...The prices are R8900 for the full carbon ones...I spoke to him and he says if you come in and want one they will make one in your size and own specifications and any colour job you want it in.........Custom made.He has not got a 59 in stock, but can make one in your design in 3weeks............You can also say how you want the colours to blend in and all that, very impresive.... If you want i can try organise for you if you want,i know him very wellll....
IanJ Posted October 6, 2006 Share Maybe I am missing something here but if they are being built locally why do they have the Bianchi name on them?
Chrispy Posted October 6, 2006 Share Maybe I am missing something here but if they are being built locally why do they have the Bianchi name on them? This sounds a bit "fishy" to me.
Bianchi 928L Posted October 7, 2006 Share This guy Tony builds them himself, its not a Bianchi Frame but he has taken the specs and design from the Bianchi Lugged frames....The Carbon Ducati frames are all Lugged frames.....The frame and fork weighing in at around 1200g.. IanJ Posted October 7, 2006 Share Ok but then why does it say Bianchi on the frame and does Bianchi know that he is using their name? Not quite sure what the connection is here?
