CTL & TSB targets before races

I run a bit and ride a bit. Too much hassle to try and figure the overall effect of the combination

Using the Stravistix plugin for Strava... not that I actually care much about TSB, CTL, ATL & FTP!

The below gives a good enough estimation of where I'm at when deciding to pace either for a place somewhere in the back of the front half of the pack, or the front of the back half of the pack.

To revive an old thread just a few questions:

Easter weekend my CTL was in the region of 42-44 , and i did a 60km mtb trip with not that much difficulty , the IDT plans to get me there felt much harder than the once i  am doing now , my CTL level now is also in the 42-44 region and i really struggle on the bike outside. Could this be the result of the harder IDT sessions pre easter weekend?

I am training for the PE2 PLETT lite and what will be a good CTL level to aim for.....is there enough time to get the fitness levels up to enjoy the ride? Too be honest i am struggling on the bike......

Are you using Intervals.icu?

If not, link your Strava account - assuming you have one too - and then you have the opportunity to ask two good coaches for advice.
