What is your expectation of adventurefreak btw?

Sounds like you've made your peace and are ready to move on. Is there anything he can do to make the sale a positive experience still?

Have you rated him yet?

Rated? where?

Yip most of the time not in SA only ones or twice a year.

Bought fork end of Nov and received it maybe beginning of desember.

I finished the build at 13 Desember(posted https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/146003-where-giants-roampostem/page-48)

(couldnt ride because of work)

First contacted him at 20 Des and after that 17 Jan again.

Fork is repaired and for sale. (+-1000 for new seals and oil and service)

Where are you mainly based(out of SA?)

luckily not a big loss and learned my lesson.

Two things you dont buy second hand:

1- suspension

2- wife

Tell us more about No.2 - sounds interesting...

Hi, this is my first email I received regarding this matter.

I used that shock till the day before it was sold, there was nothing wrong.

This is the first.

I communicated allot with him and I courier it well packed and immediately to him

I would NEVER do that to any one

I've read through my emails, this is the first indication of his unhappyness but I would like to solve the matter

Thanks for posting in the thread.

Do you perhaps have a service slip from the last service the fork had?

The OP claims he tried contacting you on multiple occasions and you're saying you never heard from him again once the sale was concluded? Is this correct?
