I have an entry I am letting go of. I am also based in Kenilworth which may be handy. This is the response from the cycle tour re: substitutions:

 

"This is to confirm that you have released your entry for the 2017 Cape Town Cycle Tour Entries so that another person may substitute it.The official consent letter will become available to the person substituting your entry while they are entering online. Once we have received this consent letter signed by you, you will be sent an email within 5 working days confirming that your entry has been legally substituted.Please note that your entry will only be substituted by someone that you nominate. It is not released into a "pool" of entries.RegardsCape Town Cycle Tour team"
