Furbz Posted February 15, 2017 Posted February 15, 2017 Hi All, i bought my Deda 35 carbon bars and stem from Bruce's Cycles in Roodepoort.i recently noticed that the might have stress cracks near the stem clamp. I have spoken to the importers of Deda and they obviously need an invoice for the bars in order to assist with any warranty help.unfortunately Bruce's has closed down i very much doubt i still have the invoice. does anyone know who i could contact in trying to get a copy of the invoice? Thanks in advance!

Could it be that you over tightened the clamps that could have caused this? i think i bought them last year or late the year before. no chance.bars were installed with carbon paste and a torque wrench to 4nm

HBO Posted February 15, 2017 Posted February 15, 2017 I don't know if that was a branch of Bruce's Cycles in Pretoria. Perhaps you can phone the Pta branch in Hatfield and see if they can assist.
