Monark Posted February 16, 2017 Share Sani is not rough nor is it technical. A hardtail would be fine. Underachiever
GLuvsMtb Posted February 18, 2017 Share 96xt. 96mm of rear travel is more than enough. Besides, Push of a Climb is a bit easier on the legs with that 2 x11
Milosh Posted February 24, 2017 Share The 2 x10 is much more suited to the stage race What is to much of a granny on day one , is ideal for day three legs. Which also answers my own 1x11 thoughts ! Edited February 24, 2017 by Milosh

Did the J2C on a 1x11 (11-36x32) hardtail. (first three days was tough)Rode Push of a Climb all the way to the top (in pouring rain) And I'm no spring chicken anymore, more a senior citizen. I would suggest that you take the 96. More than enough bike. Edited February 24, 2017 by Wannabe
