Fit Chef. Anybody tried it?

I have. Expensive and to be honest you probably eating healthier and meal has more flavour than there's. Try lowering carb intake and more raw goodies. I just lost 10kilos doing that. NOT banting...that's crazy stuff.

I see quite a lot of "dull" taste etc comments. 

I've used fit chef for quite a while now, and as a competitive age grouper, I've found the products quite good. As with any meals, you'll find some you like and some you don't. 

The meals for me is of great quality, nutritionally sound and I found my energy levels to be solid when on fit chef meals. My diet during the day is based on the meals and smoothies. Save me quite a lot of time not having to prep (not lazy, but work 8 hours and try adding a Masters and training), and keeps me from supplementing with junk food.

 

My advice would be: Head to your local dis cem, buy one or two of their meals, and judge for yourself. They've come a long why in terms of quality and innovation the last year. That's the only way you'll know if it will work for you or not.
