Done. Maybe check some of the questions and avaliable answers. For example, do you think it is safe to cycle in Malta, yes or no. Perhaps add another option of neutral or never cycled there.

 

Also, how often do you cycle. Maybe should add per week or month rather than often or not often.

many own both a mountain bike & a road bike but your questionnaire limits us to a choice of either one. on what basis should one answer?
