Sky, UAE, QS, have made loads of signings...and all riders similar to Willie I think.. UAE have a huge budget though.. I would actually love a Bora move..yoh.. what a lekker team. Wherever he ends up he'll have so much support. . His performance yesterday would have made the team pleased. People are talking about him now, at least in the Netherlands.I'm certainly no expert, but if I was Willie, a rider with some good results in smaller races and a point to prove, I wouldn't be demanding much by way of salary. Just pay me enough to live and give me a shot at riding for you. Maybe our resident in-the-knows know more when it comes to the salary expectations, but I don't see his salary as being an issue even for teams hard-up on their budget.
