Need suggestions for Bike Transport

Any suggestions how to get a Mountain Bike from Jhb to East London? My son want's to fly to Jhb, get his bike and fly back the next day. I would like to know if there's a more cost effective way to get it there safely. Will welcome any tips please.

Check the airlines baggage policy. Some allow for sports equipment some charge a small fee. Just box the bike properly.

 Thank you Hubbers for your comments. LBS is busy boxing the bike for me and Triptych will collect on Monday. Very reasonable rates.
